A Portland native, Daniel joined the JRM team in early 2020. He began playing music at his church at just 15. Fast-forward another 18 years and he’s now a seasoned worship leader and multi-instrumentalist including piano, guitar, ukulele, bass, & drums. He plays regularly at his house church, as well as other ministries in the Portland area. He’s also a songwriter and composer, having shared his own original music in a variety of settings since 2006. His day job is inspiring children with a love for music from home, giving private in-person lessons to all ages in Oregon and virtually across the country. Daniel and his wife, Devon, were married in 2016 and spend their free time chasing and spoiling their miniature Australian shepherds, Nora and Remi.
