Packages and Pricing

With John Ross Music, you really do get everything you need for your perfect wedding:

  • 5 full hours of coverage (ceremony start to reception end)

  • Complimentary prelude music

  • Any and all sound gear needed (no charge for extra speakers or microphones)

  • Free setup and teardown

  • Prompt communication through our office and ample time to meet with your musician / DJ

To keep our booking process simple, while rewarding our most skilled, experienced, and tenured staff, we feature two packages and offer our musicians and DJs in three pricing tiers.

Musicians and DJs working in Tier I

  • Are our longest tenured staff, averaging a decade of experience

  • Have worked 500 or more weddings

Musicians and DJs working in Tier II

  • Possess at least 5 years of experience

  • Have worked a minimum of 200 weddings

Musicians and DJs working in Tier III

  • Are newer to our company have have at least 3 years experience

  • Have worked a minimum of 100 weddings

While other companies may offer what initially appears to be a low rate, the final cost often balloons once you’ve added the extra sound system you need, the extra meeting, fun lights for the dance floor, etc. But with John Ross Music, all these items and more are simply included from the beginning. Our Musicians and DJs are truly experts at their craft and our office staff prioritize our clients’ experience at every point of contact. We truly provide everything you need for your perfect wedding.

For clients looking for a little something extra, we do offer a few add-ons that aren’t requested often enough to be included in our main packages.
